When registering your player in Post Oak Little League, please be aware that priority is given to returning players first, siblings of returning players second, then to new players to Post Oak Little League.
Post Oak Little League (POLL) is for children ages 8-12. Post Oak Junior Division is for players the age of 12, not to exceed 8th grade.
All players must live in the geographic boundaries of POLL. Certain exceptions may be made to Juniors players that do not have a Little League program that offers a Juniors program in their geographical boundary. Such exceptions must be approved by Little League of America. For all questions concerning other exceptions to Little League of America Rules, please refer to Little League of America’s website at http://www.littleleague.org/learn/rules/rulewaiver.htm. See below for a geographical area description and link to our boundary map.
Geographical Area:
Beginning at the intersection of Piney Point and I-10, south on Piney Point to intersection with Briar Forest, west on Briar Forest to intersection with Buffalo Bayou, southeast along bank of Buffalo Bayou to intersection with Piney Point, south along Piney Point to intersection with Fondren (NOTE: all areas within Piney Point Village south of Briar Forest are included in POLL boundary), south along Fondren to intersection with Westpark, east on Westpark to intersection with Shepherd, north on Shepherd to intersection with Feagan, west along Feagan to intersection with Westcott, north on Westcott to intersection with I-10, west on I-10 to intersection with Piney Point and place of beginning.
New players must provide Proof of Residency documents (drivers license, tax receipt, utility bill, etc.), dated or in force between February 1, 2011 and February 1, 2012, which will be kept on file. Any player that moves from POLL League Boundaries must fill out a Regulation II (d) from Little League of America, submit it to the POLL President, who must then request a waiver from whatever League the player moved into to be eligible for Post Season (All-Star) Team selection. This is the player’s responsibility. POLL will consider admitting players outside of the League Boundaries, in the sole discretion of the President, subject to, among other factors, physical limitations. All such players must obtain the appropriate waivers from Little League of America District 16, through the President.

Every new player to POLL is required to submit a birth certificate and proof of residency document (drivers license, tax receipt, utility bill, etc.), dated or in force between February 1, 2011 and February 1, 2012, which will remain on file. We provide several ways to submit this information:
Both documents must be received prior to skills assessments.
POLL requires that at least one parent of each 8 year old Pee Wee player and at least one parent of any family new to POLL complete a “Positive Coaching Alliance” (PCA) workshop in order to be eligible for the draft. This must be completed for your 8 year old Pee Wee or your new player to POLL to participate in the skills assessment. We offer two workshops for your convenience. Dates/times are listed with the registration dates on the Web site and will be shown during the registration process.
